Reset Password will help you change your password credential in case you have forgotten your current one.
However, for security purpose, you have to supply the needed information.

Passwords should have a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 characters
Passwords should be a combination of alphanumeric characters in upper and lower cases with at least one(1) symbol
Passwords should not contain any of the following characters: ^ < > ; : ' " | [] {} () / \
Passwords should not contain more than 2 consecutive repeating characters
Passwords should not contain more than 3 consecutive sequential characters
Passwords should not contain the User ID and not be equal to the word "password" in any case
Passwords are case sensitive
Old passwords should not be reused
